Sometimes the water feature is the plan, and sometimes the playground has to rescue the outing. Hillsborough County currently lists all three places below as splash-pad locations, and each location page also documents a playground.

Shared County schedule and rules
Hillsborough County publishes splash-pad hours of 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. from April through October and 9 a.m. to dusk from November through March. The County warns that maintenance and repairs can cause downtime, says there is no lifeguard, and requires adult supervision for children under 16. It also recommends water shoes because surfaces may be hot and slippery.
